Common questions before a conversation.

How is pricing determined?

Pricing is based on the workflow scope, required deliverables, data, and existing systems. We can begin with a diagnostic or PoC rather than assuming a large implementation.

How long does delivery take?

Timing depends on scope and stakeholders. We first identify the current state, decision owners, and validation needs, then agree on milestones before work starts.

Can we sign an NDA first?

Yes. When operational documents or data are required, we can agree on sharing scope, access, and storage before reviewing sensitive details.

Can Operix support operations after launch?

Yes. Ownership, updates, support paths, and the improvement cycle are designed before launch. The balance between handover and ongoing support is agreed for each engagement.
