Operix1. Audience and purpose
Our primary readers are leaders and practitioners considering operational improvement, automation, systems, AI, or digital transformation. Each article should help the reader define the work in scope, identify risks, and decide what to verify next.
2. Source priority
We prioritize laws, government and public-agency publications, official product documentation, standards bodies, and original research. When a third-party article is useful, we check the underlying primary source wherever possible and list material references on the page.
3. Metrics, cases, and quotations
Time savings, ROI, accuracy, error rates, and similar metrics are published only when scope, measurement method, reviewer, and publication approval can be verified. Customer identities and quotations require written approval. Pending cases are excluded from public achievements, structured data, and the sitemap.
4. Use of AI assistance
AI may assist with outlines, wording comparisons, or proofreading. A person checks primary sources, links, names, dates, and the strength of each claim before publication. AI-generated metrics, customer information, quotations, or personal experience are not accepted as facts.
5. Updates and corrections
For information that may change, such as product specifications or government guidance, we review the source and date. Confirmed errors are corrected, and the updated date changes when the revision is substantive.
6. Editorial responsibility
Published author and editor information identifies responsibility for planning, editing, and review. We do not infer or add qualifications, career claims, or credentials that cannot be verified from approved public information.
